Senior Sous Chef

Deluxe Recruitment Ltd  are looking for a  Senior Sous Chef  to work for a very well know, Michelin star Restaurant located in  Blackburn.

Location:  Blackburn.

Annual Salary -  £45,000

Working Routine:  50 hours per week - working 5 days over 7.

Wednesday - Sunday - operating Breakfast, Lunch and/or Dinner.

Your role within the company, but not limited to:

• Support the daily running service
• Motivating a large team
• Compliance, training and development
• Keeping your eye on stock and making orders
• Maintain Hygiene and health and safety

Experience, skills & requirements:

• A minimum of 1 years experience as a sous chef.
• Fine Dining experience
• Eye for detail
• Exceptional standards in cleanliness
• Organisation skills
• An ambitious and committed attitude to succeed
• Excellent team spirit and leadership skills
• Food safety skills
