Deluxe Recruitment is actively recruiting for a Corporate Account Handler for an award winning Business Insurance Brokers in Manchester.

 

Salary: Up to £35,000

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Hybrid working option

Profit Share

 

 

The Ideal candidate will have Minimum of 3-4 years cross class commercial handling experience. My client has a trusted name within the insurance broking market.  They pride themselves on being a close-knit, hard-working team, with excellent employee benefits and great relationships with their insurer partners.  They are also very supportive for anybody looking to continue their professional development.

 

 

Role and Responsibilities:

 

  • Providing technical and administrative support to relevant account execs in accordance with the company’s philosophies and standards.
  • Assisting in the development of a profitable and growing account ensuring retention levels of existing books of business are kept to an acceptable level as well as assisting account exec’s in securing new business.
  • Managing and building relationships with clients, promoting a favourable image of the company. A full-service delivery should be provided to all clients, ensuring that service standards are at the highest levels.
  • Building a general knowledge of designated clients, their industry and business operations. A working knowledge of each client’s insurance history and the polices they have in force to be maintained.
  • Assisting the account execs in providing bespoke insurances for designated clients. This includes pre-writing technical risk analysis, ensuring a working technical knowledge of policy coverage, clauses and exclusions.
  • Assisting in the promotion of positive sales development of designated clients including cross selling activities.
  • Being aware of new emerging markets for cover placement
