Banqueting Supervisor

Deluxe Recruitment are currently recruiting a Banqueting Supervisor on behalf of a luxurious hotel and spa based in Bolton.

Job Specification

• Working 5 days out of 7
• Working in a busy banqueting department running functions and weddings 
• Potential late finishes 
• to delegate jobs to team members thus ensuring a smooth service 
• Maintain standards throughout the restaurant
• To understand and support the client's commitment to the customer service within the job role
• To check uniform standards are upheld at all times
• 40 hour week.

Experience/Skills

• A friendly and professional demeanour
• Experience as a Supervisor
• Excellent communication skills and experience working within a team
• Ability to work quickly under pressure
• Self-motivated
• Ability to carry out a wide range of tasks, plan and prioritise effectively
