            The importance of pay was rated as the most essential factor by

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            of all applicants. They came to the conclusion that the amount of money they would be paid would be the deciding factor in whether or not they would accept the work role that had been offered to them.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

            Working from home or with flexible hours was the next alternative, which received support from

            of respondents, a casual conversation with the applicant is the ideal interviewing strategy. In this method, you might be able to gauge the applicant's character and skill set in a laid-back environment.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Through WhatsApp and other social media sites, con artists have started posing as job agencies and contacting people. Without any prior communication or interviews, they have started proposing employment roles and even asking for fees.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           While we are grateful that it hasn't happened to us, we dread the thought of it happening to one of our candidates or clients.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;

           Here are some pointers on how to identify recruitment scams:

           Unrealistic Job Roles and Salaries
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The job openings are there to persuade you to submit an application; the roles and wages will appear too good to be true, and they are! The majority of our job descriptions are posted on our website; however, if you want to double check, call one of our team members at 01772 433 358.

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

           Fees

As a result, he was able to have the Withdrawal Agreement he negotiated with the EU approved by Parliament.

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
